Bobbie Olson joined V Starr as a Senior Designer in 2018, after beginning her career in 2011.
Raised in a small town Cody, Wyoming, she always had the dream to make it to the big city. After graduating from California State University Fresno, she moved to NYC and began her career in the D&D building working within the residential field. With her heart set on developing her career in the industry and her passion in hospitality design, she then made the move to Las Vegas. During her 4 years in Las Vegas she worked on various hospitality and entertainment projects, both locally and internationally.
Inspired by culture and with a strong desire for travel, Bobbie was presented the opportunity to relocate to Phnom Penh, Cambodia to oversee the construction of one of the largest hotel & casino resorts in Asia. She spent 18 months on the ground, which included multiple factory visits to China to oversee the FF&E components of the project.
Bobbie is meticulous and thorough and is a budding artist in her spare time. She is captivated by color and loves to incorporate art into the spaces she designs. Her style brings an inner sense of spirit and imagination that echoes her passion for design principles.
