Doral View is a multifamily development in Doral, Florida. We were hired by Related Group of Miami to design all the interior common areas, including the main entrance, waiting area, leasing offices, business center, club room, fitness room, veranda, pool, tennis courts, and two models.
We also worked closely with a gym equipment specialist, landscape architect, signage company, and personal curator for Mr. Jorge Perez, Chairman of the Related group Miami, to hand-select artwork for the project from his personal collection.
Doral View was born from the idea of creating a Venezuelan-styled residential facility and was redefined by our team as a Spanish revival with a modern twist. Traditional Spanish design elements are infused with youthful elements; imagine tradition with a few shots of Botox! We spent a lot of time researching the market and wanted to bring a modern aspect to the design by incorporating clean lines and minimizing clutter in both detail and material changes. The space has spectacular details including an inlaid wood floor and custom oversized banquet.
