Capitalizing on the spectacular views of the nearby lakes and the Spanish-influence architecture, V Starr crafted airy, bohemian-inspired spaces incorporating natural materials for the La Vida Apartments at Blue Lagoon in Miami.
In the two-story clubhouse, organic textures meet dynamic lines for thoughtful, eye-catching spaces that include a leasing area, business center, open staircase with dramatic wood detailing, clubroom with catering capabilities, and a fitness area that opens up to an outdoor yoga deck.
Standout elements in the clubhouse include geometric millwork complemented by a grand staircase surrounded in vertical wood slats, giving the space a verticality that is grounded by colorful concrete tiles, to soft linen textures. The second floor of the building showcases a large state-of-the-art fitness facility, which includes two on-demand virtual fitness studios.
V Starr placed emphasis on the outdoor stretching area, located on the balcony, in order to highlight the natural surroundings.
La Vida at Blue Lagoon is the first multifamily community to rise within the master-planned Blue Lagoon commercial park adjacent to Miami International Airport, making it an ideal option for snowbirds and frequent fliers. The 272-unit community consists of one, two, and three-bedroom units, two eight-story towers, a three-story garage, and a 12,000 square-foot clubhouse with a resort-style pool overlooking a sparkling 20-acre lake.
