Located in Pembroke Pines, Florida, Town City Center is a multifamily development designed to take on a traditional British Colonial vibe with a fresh twist; think Ralph Lauren meets J.Crew.
By mixing traditional design elements such as turned wood details and millwork and classic light fixtures, with more modern styles of furniture and finishes and then elevating it with punches of bold patterns and color, the property feels warm and homely and invites a sense of relaxation.
We worked closely with the personal art curator for Mr. Jorge Perez, Chairman of the Related group Miami, to hand-select artwork for the project from his own personal collection.
