With the exterior taking cues from classic Cape Cod architecture and featuring cedar shingle siding, contrasting doors and shutters and classic clapboard and picket fences, the interior design aesthetic of Watertower Commons Phase II takes on a casual and relaxed atmosphere that evokes a quintessential Hamptons vibe. White oak flooring runs throughout and is accented with natural materials such as white canvas, wicker, cane, sisal, and driftwood.
Upon entry to the main clubhouse, you are met with a dramatic double-height volume with a custom chandelier highlighting the lobby space. Further on, cozy reading nooks are tucked beneath the staircase and a casual lounge area invites you in. The walls are clad in white shiplap and subtle tropical details in deep nautical blues nod to the seaside locale. The lower level houses the leasing area and management offices, and fitness areas which overlook the expansive pool deck.
The dramatic staircase, with details reminiscent of traditional lighthouses, and an oversize gallery wall of black and white vintage beach-themed photography, leads you to the upper level where you are then greeted by an informal lounge. Beyond, the open area game room complete with a pool table and shuffleboard is flanked by custom millwork and built-in seating areas. The kitchen and light-filled lounge area is fitted out with timeless furniture in neutral tones and ocean-inspired accents and continue the classic and sophisticated approach. Exterior verandas wrap both the upper and lower levels of the clubhouse and provide ample relaxation opportunities.
The upper level of the clubhouse also houses a simulator game room, private dining room and lounge, movie theatre, and spa amenities with private showers and steam room.
Beyond the clubhouse is the main pool deck, which continues the coastal vibe with white wicker furniture and blue-toned accents. The property also features a second pool deck, complete with a pool pavilion housing outdoor dining and lounge areas and an outdoor pool table.
