This multi-family project in the coastal town of Lantana in south east Florida, consists of a two-story clubhouse and a 12,500 sq ft pool deck. There are many fun elements to discover, including the playfully dubbed “Monkey Bar” with its fully custom floor to ceiling mural walls and elaborate gold palm leaf and crystal chandelier, complete with its own monkey. We were able to include multiple custom art pieces that allowed us to tailor each piece specific to the project and add a deeper sense of character to the spaces.

Taking cues from the British Colonial era, steeped in travel and romance, Water Tower Commons invites you home with a sense of comfort and relaxation. A beautifully blended style of the bygone era showcasing bright white spaces with contrasting with dark rich wood elements, and unexpected playful twists. Wicker and rattan accents juxtapose against botanical and animal print references, while the utilitarian influence of tropical environments brings in shutter details, high ceilings and exposed beams. An air of sophistication is induced by a rich, traditional palette, softened and accented with references from a well-travelled expatriate.
